Interior visit: Atlas Brewery, industrial poetry!

The Atlas Brewery is a jewel of brewery architecture, that was built in the Anderlecht Canal zone between 1913 and 1924, during the last peak of the Brussels brewing industry. The partially protected site illustrates the development of the craft brewing sector into a large-scale industry.

The tour runs through the 30m high brewery tower with Art Deco façade, the workshop, the warehouse, the offices, the hangar and the stables for 100 horses. Even an untrained eye will be overwhelmed by all the spaces that have remained hidden from the general public for decades.
